Teaching Experience
Courses I have supported as a Teaching Assistant (Graduate Staff) at Purdue University.
Aeronautics & Astronautics (AAE)
-
AAE 51200 — Computational Aerodynamics
Graduate course on finite difference methods for fluid flow. PDE classification, stability analysis, grid generation, and shock-capturing schemes for Euler equations. Assisted students during office hours and graded assignments and exams.
-
AAE 51100 — Introduction to Fluid Mechanics
Graduate fundamentals of compressible/viscous flow: conservation laws, vorticity dynamics, potential flow, boundary layers, and turbulence. Assisted with analytical and computational problem sets through office hours. Graded assignments and exams.
-
AAE 334 — Aerodynamics Laboratory
Led wind tunnel labs, guided lift/drag and pressure measurements, shadowgraph imaging and graded technical reports.
-
AAE 333 — Fluid Mechanics Laboratory
Led labs on boundary layers, pipe flow, and wake measurements; graded technical reports.
Computer Science (CS)
-
CS 250 — Computer Architecture Lab
Conducted lab sessions on digital logic, processors, memory, and I/O systems. Guided students through breadboard circuit design, assembly programming, and pipeline performance analysis. Provided debugging support, and evaluated lab assignments.
Mathematics (MA)
-
MA 161 — Calculus I
Led recitations, created and graded quizzes, worked through problem sets, and ran exam reviews.
